I first borrowed this book via the Kindle Lending Library. I was so impressed when I applied the advice on buying ink via Amazon! I saved about $200.00 on my first purchase of ink! Everything he said was true. He even gives additional information about trouble shooting for possible issues you may encounter. I personally did not encounter any of the issues but I was glad to have information to refer to if that should occur! All of the links he gives work and supply you with ample advice to purchase either a new printer and/or ink etc. I ended up purchasing the ebook because it is so helpful providing me with cost effective solutions to common issues which I had! Printers, Ink and the Money Saving Secrets is a must read for anyone with a printer. It can be expensive to print at home if you don't know these secrets.
A friend told me about this book and I'm so glad he did. After just reading a few pages I have already learned so much about printing ink and such and I know I'll learn even more as I continue on. Great book - highly recommended!
I did not expect much things before I purchase this, but the good rating convinced me. I did not have much time to finish but after scanning few pages, and I saw a way to help me save the ink cost. I tried and I know that from now on I will be able to print without worrying too much about the cost. ) so happy.
P/s I was able to refund the book but because I learnt an extremely helpful way to save money so Im happy to keep it.
Way too expensive
The money I spent on this book will be made back pretty quickly by following the tips the author shares. And I agree! Printing has become way way too expensive, especially when you print whole books like me. I am going to use these tricks and from my calculations it should be able to save me at least a hundred bucks a month, which is definitely more than I had originally hoped for. But bear in mind that I DO print a LOT and you might not have savings in this end of the scale if you don't print that much.
This is a really informative little booklet - one tip alone that Brad outlined saved me several times the cover price. I couldn't get all the tips to work (I think it depends on what printer you have - some of them are seriously set up to mess with your head if you try to be creative with what cartridges you use) but the instructions were explicit and easy to follow. His book helped me get my printer back up and running when it pitched a fit after a paper jam and wouldn't work - by following his instructions I got it going again instead of dumping it in the bin and buying a new one. It is written in an articulate, friendly style that is easy to read and follow. Definitely worth the investment.
